Pita Pan is having difficulty reaching out to its customers digitally, especially for direct takeout orders, because they have already paid for delivery.
Problems
Pita Pan, which has been affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, has been in survival mode" like any other restaurant, even before onsite dining was forbidden. The current key business goal, according to the discussion with the Chief Executive, is to promote online orders directly with the restaurant and attract new customers.
